Your home for your vacation of a lifetime is in a quiet, beautiful, almost rural part of Florida in an area of hills, lakes and orange grove, yet within ten minutes you can be entering the world of Disney. The quiet spacious feeling is truly a world away from the everyday bustle and traffic of Kissimmee.
Orange Tree is a wonderful community surrounded by conservation land yet offers all the shopping and dining facilities you may need on your doorstep.
Orange Tree won the best Floridian House category in the prestigious Daily Telegraph/Homes Magazine Awards. Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, a soccer pitch and the unique facility of its own orange groves where you can pick your own free (in season).

Buttermere has six bedrooms, one king, two queens, one triple, two twin rooms and has three bathrooms. Up to 13 adults can be very comfortably accommodated. (15 if you use the queen sofa bed in the living room) and cribs can be provided for any additional small children.
Two separate living/dining areas provide ample relaxation space for even the largest parties.
The villa is superbly furnished to a very high standard and contains everything you need, and more, for your truly memorable vacation. The family room and all six bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and DVD players. Wifi broadband internet access is provided free should you wish to bring your laptop.
A games room contains a full size, slate bed pool table and air hockey and there is a Sony PS2 which can be used with any of the TVs. High chairs, cribs and a gas BBQ can be included free of charge upon request.
Now for the important part, the pool! This is screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out and has a child safety fence. The sunny pool deck faces west, is completely private and is not overlooked, (some villas have pools overlooked by as many as five others). The pool can be heated for the cooler parts of the year and there is a free standing hot-tub which is heated free all year round. The pool can be accessed from the family room, the breakfast nook and master bedroom. One of the bathrooms is also accessible from the pool deck.
A shady lanai offers relief from the sun when you need it and has comfortable seats and tables for outdoor dining.
